Cancellation Policy

Stuff happens and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment . We get it! A text confirmation will be sent out 3 days prior to appointment as a reminder. If you need to cancel more then 24hrs before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us text , For larger appointments such as a highlight or keratin we require 72 hours notice so we can fill the opening or fee of 50% of the original service will be charged.
